3 very important things to be considered for the hearing are

1) The claimant should attend the hearing - If the claimant doesnot attend the meeting the judge will think they are not interested in the hearing & might give a ruling against your interests. This is a very big mistake

2) Always be on time for the hearing - Be always on time for the hearing. Most judges are very strict about the hearing & dont want to waste their time.

3) Be prepared - Be always prepared for the hearing. Either you or your attorney should have submiited all the medical records for the judge. This would help make the judge decisions easily.
